Hello! I have written a review for this book before titled “Finally, something that really works for me!”. Well, I must tell everyone that I did it! I have lost a total of 41 pounds. I used to wear a TIGHT 14, and now I am in a size 9! I feel fabulous and I look great! It took me a total of 6 months. I also exercised using Tae-bo videos and the Torso Track, which Suzanne highly endorses. I just want to say to Suzanne, thank you, thank you! You have changed my life forever! My husband is so proud of me and everyone wants to know how I did it. Anyone out there who is desparate and unhappy with themselves, read this book! You can do it. I am an Irish girl and I love my potatos. Going from 196 pounds to 155 feels so wonderful! If I can do this, anyone can! Get this book!
