Day two of intermitted fasting has been pretty low key. Now major weight loss happening just yet. But when I consider that it is not a fast day and I haven’t really done anything out of the ordinary it is not all that surprising that it is nothing more than an ordinary day.
I cannot say that I am especially looking forward to fasting tomorrow but I am interested to see how I handle it. I went until pretty late today without eating but my schedule is also pretty far off due to jet lag and switching to the night shift.
So as of now I am just waiting. Curious to see how my body responds to lifting weights on a fast and running on a fast. If my energy teeters out and I am unable to do any of these activities I will focus on stretching and some possible yoga.
I am going to start out drinking black coffee and towards the end of my 28 days I will consider abstaining from coffee and green tea on the fast.
I will need to do some research on fasting which up to this point I have not done. My limited knowledge is formed by listening to a few podcasts months ago and trying the lemonade diet over a year ago. I have heard intermitted fasting mentioned in passing a handful of times and it sounds like something that is wild enough to be the next fad. So, I hope to be catching it on the way up and I am considering opening the first fasting restaurant and offering classes on fast cooking. Could be a winner.
Did a stretch workout for day 2 of the diet and to conserve some energy on day one of sleep deprivation from working the night shift. Weighed in at an even 201, at some breakfast at about 7:30 am and will not eat again until 7:30 am tomorrow.
Keep your eyes open for all sorts of delicious flavors of water and tea from the fastraurant. I like it, I think it really has a lot of potential.

Super-Duper site! I am loving it!! Will come back again – taking you feeds also, Thanks.
